As we excitedly prepare to open Denver Jewish day camp for summer 2022, we are doing such with the utmost care and consideration for the children, families, staff and general community’s health and safety. We will be providing you with key information about updated policies and procedures to make camp as smooth as possible.

We are grateful for the input of experts and stakeholders who are advising us on the best course of action. With the ever-changing fluid environment, we are currently living in, and the unknowns of Covid-19, all policies all procedures are subject to change. We are continually following CDC, and Colorado Department of Health and Human Services guidelines and updating Camp’s operations as this information is available.

Some measures to be expected are, daily screenings of campers and families, regular hand washing, consistent face mask wearing by all staff and campers, and on site clean teams, cleaning in between activities and groups.

The Daily snacks/lunch we provide will be individually wrapped and boxed; free from communal/group sharing style. Bunk size will be restricted and will be grouped on a first come first serve basis.

Please know that we will do our best to continue to communicate with you regularly and thank you for your ongoing support and understanding.
